About us

Home Across Cultures Association (HACA) is a non-governmental, non-profit association registered in Romania. Our mission is to promote intercultural dialogue, inclusion, human rights and equal opportunities, with a special focus on young people and people with fewer opportunities.

We design and coordinate international learning mobilities, mainly within the European Union's Erasmus+ programme, and work with partner organisations across Europe to create safe, non-formal learning spaces where young people can grow in confidence, understand each other and find their place in a diverse Europe.
